The Right Stuff For Teachers
The Right Stuff for Teachers was developed to provide
you resources and ideas for implementing prevention activities in your
classroom.
Prevention education is about teaching youth about themselves; what their
current and future possibilities are- these are things that can be taught
in any subject, not just health calsses. Helping youth learn the truth
about alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs can counteract or at least balance
out the misinformation they are presented with from the media, peers,
and family. The resources you will find in this section of our web site,
as well as the resources in other sections will help you learn the facts
about alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs and provide you with ideas and
activites that can be used to teach these facts!
