Drug Photos from the Prevlink WebsiteThis provides access color photographs of drugs, drug paraphernalia, and drug-related topics that can be downloaded and used in your prevention materials, such as overhead transparencies, slides, posters, and handout materials. Regarding CopyrightsAll of the photos linked below are in the the public domain. This means that they are not protected by copyright and may be used freely. They are U.S. government photos available through the National Archives, other government public photos or original photography by Indiana Prevention Resource Center staff that have been placed in the public domain. The Indiana Prevention Resource Center photos are identified by a "#" sign at the end of the listing. We do not have higher resolution copies of any of the photos. If you need further information or better quality photos of these, contact the National Archives and Records Administration or Indiana Prevention Resource Center directly. The Indiana Prevention Resource Center has many of the pictures in a low resolution JPG format online! We cannot help you -- they can. Due to the high volume of inquiries about these photos, and our limited
staffing levels, we cannot respond personally to the hundreds of requests
we receive for specific written permission to use these photos. If you
feel compelled to get written permission for a U.S. government photo,
contact them directly. You don't need written permission to use the Indiana
Prevention Resource Center original photos (identified by the "#"
sign). If you require written verification or higher resolution copies
of these, a $25 per photo or per letter charge (prepaid, U.S. funds only)
will apply to cover their costs. Please contact the Indiana Prevention
Resource Center at http://www.drugs.indiana.edu/
